Steps for Performing your Liver & Gallbladder Cleansing
- Step 1: Fill out the General Health Questionnaire to determine your current health status

- Step 3: Perform your first Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse - Rest for 5-10 days
- Step 4: Perform your second Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse - Rest for 5-10 days
- Step 5: Perform your third Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse
- Step 6: Fill out the General Health Questionnaire again to chart improvements from cleansing
I suggest waiting 5 to 10 days before repeating each Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse, but this depends on your body's response to the cleansing process. If your body responds rapidly to the cleanse and you feel great the day after you finish, wait 5 days before starting the next Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse. If you are still detoxifying and do not feel 100%, wait at least 10 days before starting the next Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse.
Is this Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse Kit right for me?

Are three Liver & Gallbladder Cleanses really enough?
